Do you work with Excel, Google Sheets, or online dashboards?
Yes. We can work with Excel files, Google Sheets, CSV exports, or simple data copied from your current system. We can also turn the finished reporting view into an online dashboard.
Do I need perfect data?
No. Most clients come to us because their data is messy. We’ll let you know if anything needs fixing before the dashboard can work properly.
Can you work without meetings?
Yes. Most projects can be completed by email. If needed, we can send a short screen-recorded walkthrough explaining the finished dashboard.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Monthly support can include dashboard refreshes, formula fixes, small improvements, hosting guidance, and simple reporting help. Each plan includes a clear monthly time allowance, with larger changes quoted separately.
Do I pay upfront?
One-off fixes and starter projects are paid upfront. Larger projects are usually 50% upfront and 50% before final handover. Monthly support is paid monthly in advance.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Please remove sensitive personal data before sending files where possible. Files are used only to assess and complete the requested dashboard work.
